Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Costs are calculated based on the expected weight and size of your order. For packaging, effort is made to use recycled and recyclable materials.

For international packages, the cost will be calculated specifically with the relevant details, and you will be asked to pay that amount by separate invoice.

If you have a special request, we will do our best to accommodate it.

We charge 6.625% sales tax on orders placed in New Mexico. Out-of-state orders are not taxed at this time.

All items are individually handmade and therefore may exhibit slight variations even among like items.  We do our best to depict product colors accurately, but please be aware that colors may appear differently depending on the monitor on your digital device.

In the very rare event (we have only had one return in our entire history) that you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

Returns would be made in the original box by the same carrier as the original shipment, and sent at the customer’s expense.  Upon receipt of your package in good condition, you would be issued a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If your package arrives damaged (it has not happened yet, knock on wood), you must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt.  Save and photograph all packing materials and note the condition of the box.  Failure to contact us within 48 hours nullifies any claims.

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe.  We never have access to your financial information.

The work sold here is intended for use, and is thus food-safe and dishwasher-safe. With care, your pieces will last for years, even generations.  Having said that, pottery is by its very nature breakable and we are not responsible for breakage after you have received your purchase.

Place items in the microwave or the oven at your own risk.  Very gentle use of these appliances is typically safe, but we cannot offer a guarantee. Never place your item directly on the stove top.
